Hier oben herrscht noch tiefster Winter und bei Sonne und Schnee lief es sich einfach ganz wunderbar. War der Lauf am Vortag eher z\u00e4h und auch eine Qual, so lief es nun richtig gut. Seit langen mal wieder das Gef\u00fchl gehabt das es noch Stunden so weiter gehen k\u00f6nnte. Das Wetter war fantastisch und bei Sonne und frostigen Temperaturen lief ich zum Wohldenberg um ein paar sch\u00f6ne Bilder vom Sonnenuntergang \u00fcber dem Ambergau zu machen. P\u00fcnktlich zum Sonnenuntergang erreichte ich den Turm und genoss ein paar Minuten die sch\u00f6ne Aussicht bevor es mit einen Schlenker \u00fcber Hackenstedt wieder zur\u00fcck nach Wehrstedt ging. Dies mach ich nun schon regelm\u00e4\u00dfig seit Mitte Dezember einmal die Woche und ist eine ganz sch\u00f6ne Erg\u00e4nzung um Fit zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Absolutes Highlight war dann am <strong>Freitag<\/strong> wo ich 17,50 km zur \u201cHohen Tafel\u201d lief und nat\u00fcrlich auch wieder zur\u00fcck <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" style=\"border-style: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/wlEmoticon-smile.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Smiley\" \/> Auch diesmal wurde ich mit einen tollen Sonnenuntergang belohnt, noch sch\u00f6ner als Montag, auch wegen der Aussicht. Auch hier, im westlichen Teil der Sieben Berge ist es noch sehr winterlich. Leider sind noch viele Wege und Zug\u00e4nge die ich sonst so gerne benutze versperrt und oftmals zwingt es einen dann zur\u00fcck auf Waldautobahnen oder Radwege.
