Da dieses Jahr so ziemlich alle meine bisherigen Ultras ausgefallen sind, schaffe ich es nun endlich einmal Dinge zu unternehmen die schon l\u00e4nger auf meiner Agenda standen. Eins davon war einmal mit dem Rad vom Brocken nach Schierke zu &#8222;d\u00fcsen&#8220;. Das haben wir nun gestern gemacht&#8230; mit Anlauf.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir&#8220;, das sind in diesen Fall mein Lieblingsbruder und ich. Eigentlich seltsam, aber es brauchte tats\u00e4chlich fast 50 Jahre das wir mal so eine Aktion starten. Um 0518, also mit leichter Versp\u00e4tung machten wir uns auf, den Brocken zu &#8222;erradeln&#8220; &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alltrails.com\/explore\/map\/karte-9b8f077--11?u=m\">Streckenlink<\/a>. Es war noch dunkel und so brauchten wir Beleuchtung, bereits nach 200 Metern fiel meine Lampe aus und so drehten wir um damit wir Ersatz holen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Nun konnte es aber endlich losgehen, \u00e4hmm fahren. \u00dcber Bockenem und Jerze fuhren wir zun\u00e4chst in Richtung Langelsheim. Ein paar Streckenschwierigkeiten gab es zu \u00fcberwinden, da pl\u00f6tzlich dort wo vermutet keine Radwege vorhanden waren \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Wir fuhren so viel es ging nat\u00fcrlich auf den Radwegen auch wenn deren Zustand oft sehr grenzwertig war und man eigentlich eher ein Mountainbike h\u00e4tte gebrauchen k\u00f6nnen. Durch Goslar ging es weiter \u00fcber Oker nach Bad Harzburg. In Oker holten wir uns beim B\u00e4cker ein zweites Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und in Bad Harzburg, bei KM 50, gab es noch Getr\u00e4nke Nachschub.<\/p>\n<p>Der eigentliche Plan war die B4 bis Torfhaus zu fahren und den Brocken \u00fcber den Goetheweg anzufahren. Aber bereits nach wenigen KM auf der B4 entschlossen wir uns lieber \u00fcber den Hirtenstieg anzureisen. Die B4 macht einfach keinen Spa\u00df und ich bef\u00fcrchtete auch das es auf den Goetheweg zu voll sein kann (was es auch war).<\/p>\n<p>Also verlie\u00dfen wir die B4 beim Radauwasserfall und fuhren \u00fcber die Eckertalsperre, Scharfenstein, Hirtenstieg hoch zum Gipfel. Der Trail gleich nach der Talsperre bedeutete f\u00fcr uns nat\u00fcrlich das wir schieben mu\u00dften, teilweise sogar das Rad tragen durften. Der 4 km langen Hirtenstieg war auch nicht gerade ein Geschenk, schon nach nicht einmal 500 m mussten wir absteigen und schieben. Mit unserer \u00dcbersetzung und den R\u00e4dern an sich, war das nicht fahrbar.<\/p>\n<p>Um halb 12, also nach ca. 6 Stunden, erreichten wir dann den Gipfel. Es war windig und ein wenig frisch und so pausierten wir nur kurz und machten uns auf den Downhill in Richtung Schierke. Was soll ich sagen: Es war voll. So viele Menschen hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gleichzeitig beim Aufstieg zum Brocken gesehen. Es war als g\u00e4be es was umsonst dort oben. Das schlimmste aber war das sich nur die allerwenigsten daran hielten wo sie zu gehen haben (links). Es waren solch ein Durcheinander das es ein echtes Hindernisfahren war. Ab den Gelben Brink wurde es besser und wir konnten ein wenig entspannter herunter flitzen. Hat schon Spa\u00df gemacht \ud83d\ude42 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Wir fuhren allerdings nicht bis ganz nach Schierke, sondern bogen ab zum &#8222;Hartmannshai&#8220; (wie passend) auf den &#8222;Toten Weg&#8220; um \u00fcber den &#8222;B\u00f6sen Hund&#8220; nach K\u00f6nigskrug zu gelangen. Am &#8222;B\u00f6sen Hund &#8220; fing es an zu regnen, zum Gl\u00fcck nur kurz, vielleicht 15 Minuten, daf\u00fcr waren die Regentropfen so gro\u00df wie Tennisb\u00e4lle, mindestens, und ein wenig Hagel war auch dabei.<\/p>\n<p>Ab K\u00f6nigskrug fuhren wir dann nur noch Stra\u00dfe. Endlich mal wieder richtig meter machen, auch wenn der Stra\u00dfenverkehr nat\u00fcrlich nervt und man sehr konzentriert sein muss, so hatten wir doch unseren Spa\u00df. Vor allen Berg ab \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Thomas fuhr mittlerweile trocken, hatte nichts mehr zu trinken. Wir lie\u00dfen die erste Tankstelle in Clausthal links liegen- wird sich ja schon noch ein Markt finden &#8230; Falsch gedacht, da kam nix und schwubst waren wir schon wieder raus aus Clausthal \ud83d\ude41 Die n\u00e4chste M\u00f6glichkeit, das Besucherzentrum der Iberger Tropfsteinh\u00f6hle. Hier hatten wir zumindest die M\u00f6glichkeit etwas zu erwerben, Cola, Wasser und ein Muffin. Eine kurze Pause g\u00f6nnten wir uns auch. Br\u00fcderchen hatte ein wenig Schulterschmerzen, aber es ging ja nur noch Berg ab.<\/p>\n<p>Bis Seesen fuhren wir auf der B242, bzw. auf dem Radweg. In Seesen dann noch ein letztes mal nachtanken und nach knapp \u00fcber 12 Stunden erreichten wir \u00fcbergl\u00fccklich unser Ziel in Wehrstedt.<\/p>\n<p>Das ganze war eine sch\u00f6ne Tour. F\u00fcr mich das erst mal \u00fcber diese Distanz. Meine Sorge das die Handgelenke oder der R\u00fccken versagen hat sich nicht best\u00e4tigt, im Gegenteil; mir geht es erstaunlich gut.
