Inselmarathon auf Wilhelmstein im Steinhuder Meer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" height=\"548\" src=\"http:\/\/connect.garmin.com:80\/activity\/embed\/170229265\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"465\"><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bei strahlenden Sonnenschein erreichte ich heute morgen Steinhude am Steinhuder Meer. Ich traf mich dort mit 54 gleichgesinnten um 120 mal um die Insel Wilhelmstein zu laufen. Der Kurs den wir laufen wollten hatte Rund 350 Meter. In Steinhude angekommen wurden wir erst einmal ganz herzlich von Su begr\u00fc\u00dft. Ich traf bereits mein Team Kollegen Christoph auf dem Parkplatz und gemeinsam mit vielen anderen bestiegen wir dann recht z\u00fcgig unseren Auswanderer die \u201cHagenburg\u201d f\u00fcr die \u00dcberfahrt zur Insel. Die Kulisse versprach bereits viel. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Wir hatten nun noch viel Zeit um uns schon einmal die <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/1.-Inselmarathon-auf-Wilhelmstein-im-Ste_CDDA\/Inselmarathon-SS-01.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; float: left; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"Inselmarathon SS 01\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Inselmarathon SS 01\" align=\"left\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/1.-Inselmarathon-auf-Wilhelmstein-im-Ste_CDDA\/Inselmarathon-SS-01_thumb.jpg?resize=244%2C176\" width=\"244\" height=\"176\"><\/a>Strecke anzuschauen, die die n\u00e4chsten Stunden unser sein sollte. P\u00fcnktlich um 11 Uhr ging es dann los. Runde f\u00fcr Runde liefen wir um die Festung. Besondere Herausforderung waren die Kurven die es st\u00e4ndig galt zu nehmen und das \u00fcberholen auf der doch recht engen Strecke. Bis KM 25 lief ich ziemlich weit vorne mit, so an 3. oder 4. Stelle. Die beiden f\u00fchrenden schlugen ein Wahnsinns Tempo an das vor allen bei den Streckenbesonderheiten beeindruckend war. Ab KM 25 r\u00e4chte sich bei mir ein wenig das mein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck doch arg lange her war (um 06:00 Uhr) und ich seit dem nichts mehr gegessen hatte. Ich bekam ein wenig Bauchkr\u00e4mpfe und Seitenstiche. Das ganze dauert zwar nur kurz aber ich entschied mich dann Tempo&nbsp; rauszunehmen und \u201cnormal\u201d weiter zu laufen. Nach ca. 03.50 min (die offiz. Zeit hab ich noch nicht) war ich dann endlich im Ziel. 120 mal um einen Punkt zu laufen ist nicht unbedingt das was ich \u00f6fters machen m\u00f6chte. ABER, dieser Lauf von Michael Neumann auf der Festungsinsel war wirklich Klasse und schreit f\u00f6rmlich nach einer Wiederholung. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/1.-Inselmarathon-auf-Wilhelmstein-im-Ste_CDDA\/530394_340598556002256_100001563424682_926165_1302078434_n_3.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
