Hier werde ich morgen f\u00fcr eine Fernsehaufzeichnung der Sendung &#8222;Sag die Wahrheit&#8220; erwartet. Bereits heute Abend treffe ich mich mit den anderen Probanden und dem Team des SWR in der Hotelbar. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Um 13:30 lief der Zug in BB ein und nachdem ich meinen Chauffeur gefunden habe und er mich in mein Hotel rausgeworfen hat konnte ich erst einmal mein Domizil f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten zwei N\u00e4chte begutachten. Viel Zeit lie\u00df ich mir daf\u00fcr nicht den die Strecke rief. Lange genug hab ich heute gesessen, also rein in die Klamotten und los ging es \ud83d\ude42<br \/>Die ersten Meter musste ich improvisieren, da mein Garmin noch kein GPS Empfang hatte. Da ich aber ungef\u00e4hr wusste ich lang muss fand ich den Panoramaweg um Baden Baden auch so. Nun ging das Abenteuer los. Zum Streckenverlauf kann ich nicht viel sagen, aber den sieht man ja auch auf der Karte. Der Panoramaweg ist eine Klasse f\u00fcr sich. Ein <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Panoramaweg-Baden-Baden_50A4\/4.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; float: left; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"4\" border=\"0\" alt=\"4\" align=\"left\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Panoramaweg-Baden-Baden_50A4\/4_thumb.jpg?resize=190%2C244\" width=\"190\" height=\"244\"><\/a>Wechselbad aus Feld- , Wald- und Wiesenwegen, jeder Menge Trailst\u00fcckchen und ein wenig Asphalt. Also f\u00fcr jeden was dabei \ud83d\ude42 Irgendwie hatte ich immer das Gef\u00fchl das es nur Bergauf ging \ud83d\ude42 Der Panoramaweg ist durchweg beschildert mit dem gr\u00fcnen Kreis. An einigen Stellen brauchte ich zwar doch mein Navi, aber eigentlich geht es auch ohne. Einmal hab ich ein Schild \u00fcbersehen, dumm nur das ich da bereits fast einen Kilometer sch\u00f6n Bergab gezischt bin, half nix, wieder hoch. Ufff. Bei Kilometer 40 schlie\u00dflich musste ich abk\u00fcrzen und die letzte Schleife des P-Weges auslassen, da ich schon arg knapp dran war. <br \/>Um kurz vor 8 war ich auf jeden fall wieder im Hotel, also nach gut 5,5 Std f\u00fcr 42 km, mein langsamster aber bisher sicher sch\u00f6nster, wenn auch Mega anstrengendster Marathon \u00fcberhaupt. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Panoramaweg-Baden-Baden_50A4\/pano_profil.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
