Urspr\u00fcnglich wollte ich noch ein wenig h\u00f6her anfangen zu laufen, aber durch die Bauarbeiten am Hebewerk in Bolzum sind die dortigen Wege am Kanal nicht mehr vorhanden. Am Kanal selber l\u00e4\u00dft es sich super Entspannt laufen. Nur einmal, gleich am Anfang bei L\u00fchnde mu\u00dfte ich den Kanal verlassen und einen kleinen Umweg durch den Ort machen. Am Kanal war wirklich kein durchkommen in dem Bereich. Bis zum Hafen von Hildesheim (14,5 km) folgte ich den Wasserweg der momentan wohl nicht so viel genutzt wird. Nur ein paar Ruderer waren unterwegs \u2013 macht bestimmt auch Spa\u00df. Weiter ging es am Kompostwerk vorbei und dann entlang der Innerste bis zum Hohnsensee. Irgendwann fing es in der Innerste Aue an zu regnen, est wenig, dann immer mehr. Ich zog rasch meine R-Light Jacke von Raidlight \u00fcber und lief einfach weiter. Ungl\u00e4ubige Blicke verfolgten mich. Mittlerweile go\u00df es aus K\u00fcbeln als ich dann endlich nach 25,50 km und 02:42 Stunden Laufzeit in Marienburg ankam. In Marienburg hatte ich gestern bei einen Arbeitskollegen mein MTB untergebracht und konnte nun die restlichen knapp 12 km nach Hause radeln <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-top-style: none; border-right-style: none\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" alt=\"Smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Homerun-Sehnde_11343\/wlEmoticon-smile.png?w=640\"> Wohlgemerkt bei WeltuntergangsAusK\u00fcbelnRegenWetter. Aber Man, hat das ein Spa\u00df gemacht. Mit H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit scho\u00df ich nach Hause wo ich dann um 18 Uhr landete.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Zusammen waren das dann ca. 37,5 km in 03:10 Stunden <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-top-style: none; border-right-style: none\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" alt=\"Smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Homerun-Sehnde_11343\/wlEmoticon-smile.png?w=640\"> und wirklich jede Menge Spa\u00df.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.suedkreislaeufer.de\/bilder_upload\/Homerun-Sehnde_11343\/IMG_3079.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
