Ich &#8222;springe&#8220; aus dem Bett, ganz leise um nicht den Rest der Meute zu wecken. Kaffee, M\u00fcsli, ein vorsichtiger Blick durch die Vorh\u00e4nge nach drau\u00dfen&#8230; Sonne wird wohl nicht da sein, oder &#8230;. ? Och n\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6, immer noch Regen, und das nicht zu knapp. Ich mache mich fertig und Punkt 06:20 steh ich drau\u00dfen und da kommt auch schon mein Transfer f\u00fcr die Harzquerung. Jens, bzw. seine Eltern nehmen mich mit nach Wernigerode zum Start der 34. Harzquerung und sp\u00e4ter von Nordhausen auch wieder zur\u00fcck. Das ist Super, das erleichtert die ganze Transport Logistik und ist nat\u00fcrlich viel bequemer und auch netter als im Bus zur\u00fcck nach Wernigerode zu gurken.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u00fcnktlich und mehr als rechtzeitig erreichen wir WR und holen unsere Startunterlagen ab. Hier mussten wir leider noch ein wenig warten da wir zu fr\u00fch, daf\u00fcr aber in der ersten Reihe waren. Um halb 9 wurde dann endlich der Start frei gegeben und endlich durften wir die doch mittlerweile steif gewordenen Gliedma\u00dfen in Wallung bringen. Jens, der bereits letztes Jahr dabei war, sagte mir im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung das es bereits nach wenigen Minuten steil bergauf geht und eng wird. Dies im Hinterkopf schoss ich beim Start gleich los um m\u00f6glichst diesen Stau zu umgehen. Das gelang mir auch recht gut nur leider verlor ich dabei bereits zu Anfang Jens aus den Augen. Im Flu\u00df der L\u00e4uferscharr kann man dann nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht einfach stehen bleiben, also weiter. Irgendwann vor der ersten VP \u00fcberholte mich dann Dirk, wir liefen ein paar Minuten zusammen aber ich wollte mich noch ein wenig zur\u00fcck fallen lassen um Jens aufschlie\u00dfen zu lassen. Das versuchte ich eine Weile aber ab den ersten VP (Km 11 oder 12 meine ich) entschied ich mich wieder &#8222;normal&#8220; zu laufen. Am VP traf ich auch Eike Dempewolf und so liefen wir nun ab hier zusammen durch den Regen,apropo: der Regen war mal da, dann wieder weg und eigentlich hat er nicht gro\u00df gest\u00f6rt. Klar, Sonne ist sch\u00f6ner, aber die matschigen Trails hatten durchaus Unterhaltungswert. Ein gerutsche und gematsche zum Teil, sagenhaft, aber nie unangenehm. Da ich wasserdichte Socken an hatte war das auch alles egal \ud83d\ude42 Wir sahen aus wie Sau \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Das sch\u00f6ne an solchen L\u00e4ufen ist das Zeiten relativ unwichtig sind, zumindest in unserer Leistungsklasse. Nat\u00fcrlich hab auch ich eine Zielzeit, aber wenn das nun 30 Minuten l\u00e4nger dauert&#8230; Egal. Und so machten wir uns keinen Stre\u00df: quatschten, fotografierten, liefen, gingen so manche Steigung, liefen dann wieder schneller wenn es Bergab ging und so verging die Zeit fast wie im Flug. Einiger L\u00e4ufer \u00fcberholten wir, dann \u00fcberholten sie uns wieder, so ging das die meiste Zeit. Wir genossen den Lauf und freuten uns im &#8222;hier und jetzt&#8220; zu sein. Ab Km 42 zickte mein Sitzmuskel ein wenig rum und das Bergauf gehen tat ein wenig weh aber sowie wir wieder laufen konnten war alles wieder gut. Hmmm, hatte ich bei der BC im Februar auch, nur da hatte ich noch 40 km zu laufen und nicht 6 ! Mu\u00df wohl mal wieder die BlackRoll aktivieren.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2 km vor dem Ziel wuchs dann auch noch pl\u00f6tzlich ein Wurzel pfeilschnell aus dem Boden und brachte mich fast zu Boden. Auf jeden Fall stie\u00df ich mir heftigst den Nachbarzeh vom gro\u00dfen Onkel. H\u00e4\u00e4, wie jetzt, laut Uhr fehlen aber noch gut 2 km !!!! Schade, bekomme ich die 50 nicht voll, sieht ja auch doof aus wenn man durch das Ziel l\u00e4uft und dann noch ein paar Stadionrunden dreht&#8230; zu Hause h\u00e4tte ich das gemacht, keine Frage. Na gut, sind es halt nur 48,79 km \ud83d\ude09 Im Ziel noch kurz was trinken und ein wenig mit L\u00e4ufern quatschen und da kommt auch schon die Familie von Jens mit unserer Wechselkleidung. Super, so kann ich gleich zum Rudelduschen in die Katakomben verschwinden und mich in die Reihe der nackigen M\u00e4nner einreihen. Das Wasser war bereits nur noch lauwarm, mehr lau als warm und so ist man mit Duschen recht schnell fertig.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Zusammen mit Jens und seiner Familie fuhren wir dann zu seiner Oma die in Nordhausen lebt und genossen ein leckeres Essen und Kaffee und Kuchen durften nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht fehlen bevor wir dann wieder in Richtung Heimat fuhren. Vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle an die Familie Wackerhagen f\u00fcr den Transport und f\u00fcr den tollen und netten Nachmittag in NDH. Achja: und das Bier war oberlecker \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der gesamte Lauf ist eine tolle Sache und lebt vor allen von der fantastischen Streckenf\u00fchrung die \u00fcbrigens immer vorbildlich Ausgeschildert war, ein verlaufen war eigentlich unm\u00f6glich. Die Wege sind zumeist Trails und Singletrail, einige normale Waldwege und wirklich ganz wenig Asphalt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nat\u00fcrlich ist das ganze durch die hohe Teilnehmerzahl kein famili\u00e4re Angelegenheit so wie ich es von unseren lokalen Einladungsl\u00e4ufen kenne. Selbst die BC hat mit Ihren gut 200 Teilnehmern aber noch diesen Charakter, aber bei gut \u00fcber 800 Teilnehmern (meine Sch\u00e4tzung) ist das nat\u00fcrlich ganz anders. Und doch: Ich hatte eigentlich nie das Gef\u00fchl auf einer, wenn auch das Wort nicht wirklich passend ist, Massenveranstaltung zu sein. Das L\u00e4uferfeld zieht sich schnell auseinander, bereits nach wenigen Kilometern l\u00e4uft man allein oder in kleinen Gruppen (das h\u00e4ngt nat\u00fcrlich auch davon ab wie schnell man am Anfang durch das Nadel\u00f6hr der ersten Steigung kommt).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die VP&#8217;s waren immer von freundlichen Helfern besetzt die einen fast jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen konnte. Ihnen geb\u00fcrt nat\u00fcrlich auch der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Dank. W\u00e4hrend wir uns warm laufen durften mussten sie zum Teil bestimmt ganz sch\u00f6n zittern. Danke also an all die Helfer an den VP&#8217;s und die Streckenposten die uns sicher \u00fcber die Stra\u00dfen brachten. Ohne EUCH kein Lauf, so einfach ist das.
