Momentan ist es ein wenig k\u00fchler geworden aber immer noch im plus Bereich. Die Sonne scheint, bestes Lauf- und Fotowetter. F\u00fcr mich war es heute mal wieder Zeit zum Turmberg zu laufen und dabei auch gleich ein paar H\u00f6henmeter f\u00fcr die BrockenChallenge am 08.02.14 zu sammeln. Also hoch zum Turmberg, runter zum Sonnenbergtrail, und wieder hoch zum Turmberg. Und weil es so sch\u00f6n war gleich noch wieder rauf zur Hammersteinsh\u00f6he und \u00fcber den Saubergeh\u00f6henweg bis zum \u201cbitteren\u201d Ende. Ein Blick auf die Uhr\u2026 hmm 1000 hm w\u00e4ren nat\u00fcrlich sch\u00f6n. Also nochmal hoch zur Ohe, mist, reicht nicht ganz, aber die Zeit dr\u00e4ngte und weiter konnte ich nicht laufen.
