Jeder versucht so gut es geht durch zu kommen. Es gibt die ganz schnellen die das ganze in weit unter 8 Stunden bew\u00e4ltigen und nat\u00fcrlich die langsameren die bis weit \u00fcber 13 Stunden unterwegs sind, aber jeder hat seinen Spa\u00df und kann Stolz auf seine Leistung sein. Vor jeden Ultra macht man sich nat\u00fcrlich so seine Gedanken, auch wenn ich mittlerweile die 80er Distanz ohne Probleme laufen kann, kann doch immer etwas schief gehen \u2026 Viele Dinge spielen da rein:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hat man in der Vorbereitung genug getan, oder sogar zu viel<\/li>\n<li>Wie wird das Wetter<\/li>\n<li>Wie ist die Tagesform<\/li>\n<li>Lauf ich alleine oder komme ich in den Genuss einer netten Begleitung<\/li>\n<li>usw. usw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ein 80er Ultra ist nat\u00fcrlich immer eine Herausforderung, aber die BC ist was ganz besonderes. Zu den &#8222;normalen Wahnsinn&#8220; eines Ultra&#8217;s kommt hier der \u201cFaktor Wetter\u201d hinzu. Es kann warm oder kalt sein, mit Schnee oder ohne Schnee, wenig Schnee oder viel Schnee, mit Glatteis, ohne Eis, Regen etc.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aber verr\u00fcckt machen soll man sich auch nicht. Ein Ultra ist, zumindest f\u00fcr mich, immer ein Lauf mit Freunden. Ein kleines Abenteuer in unserer sonst so durch getakten\u00a0 Zeit. Trotzdem schielt man nat\u00fcrlich nach der Zeit: Bin ich schneller oder langsamer als letztes Jahr ? Also ein \u201cLauf gegen\u201d sich selbst.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BC2013-Laufzeiten.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"BC2013-Laufzeiten\" alt=\"BC2013-Laufzeiten\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BC2013-Laufzeiten_thumb.jpg?resize=640%2C415&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" height=\"415\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bei der BC beginnt die Spannung bereits im November\/Dezember des Vorjahres mit der Auswahl der L\u00e4ufer. Ist man dabei oder nicht ?\u00a0 F\u00fcr mich ist es 2014 die 2. Teilnahme und ich bin gespannt wie \u201cFlitzebogen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Wie gehabt findet am Vorabend des Laufes eine Vorbesprechung statt. Hier holt man sich seine Startunterlagen ab und die Dropbags f\u00fcr den Brocken werden abgegeben. Bei der eigentlichen Besprechung wird noch einmal der Ablauf des Veranstaltungstages durch gegangen,\u00a0 die Strecke vorgestellt, zu kl\u00e4rende Fragen werden beantwortet und nat\u00fcrlich sich gegenseitig ausgetauscht. Das wichtigste aber sind die Spendenempf\u00e4nger die vorgestellt werden und erkl\u00e4rt wird wozu Sie das Geld ben\u00f6tigen. Besonders sch\u00f6n finde ich auch das die Spendenempf\u00e4nger aktiv an der Veranstaltung mitarbeiten. So besetzen Sie zum Beispiel die verschiedenen Verpflegungsstationen, auf die wir unterwegs treffen.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Das ganze ist wie immer mehr ein gro\u00dfes Familientreffen, die meisten kennen sich pers\u00f6nlich oder zumindest \u00fcber das Internet, bzw.\u00a0 Facebook\u00b4. Wie jedes Jahr sind auch diesmal wieder jede Menge Novizen, also Erstt\u00e4ter dabei, so wie ich letztes Jahr <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" style=\"border-style: none;\" alt=\"Smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/wlEmoticon-smile1.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" \/>. Nach der Besprechung machte ich mich dann aber schnell auf den Weg nach Hause, musste ich doch schon um 03 Uhr wieder aufstehen und mich bereit machen da um 04 Uhr mein \u201cTaxi\u201d bereit stand.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>08. Februar 2014, 03:00 Uhr:<\/strong> irgendwo im s\u00fcdlichen Landkreis klingelt ein Wecker\u00a0 um einen BC-L\u00e4ufer zu wecken. Boooh, eindeutig zu kurz die Nacht\u2026 aber jammern hilft nix, ich hab es so gewollt ! Ich pfeife mir einen Kaffee rein, genie\u00dfe mein M\u00fcsli und erledige die Morgentoilette. Alles m\u00f6glichst leise, man will ja nicht die Familie wecken. Die Ausr\u00fcstung steht bereit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>04:00 Uhr:<\/strong> Mein \u201cTaxi\u201d trudelt p\u00fcnktlich hier ein. Lars hilft mir bei meiner Transportlogistik die nicht ganz einfach ist. Bis Rh\u00fcden fahren wir mit zwei Auto\u00b4s, dort stelle ich meins ab und wir fahren mit dem \u00fcbrig gebliebenen Pkw nach G\u00f6ttingen. In G\u00f6ttingen angekommen schmei\u00dft mich Lars raus und dampft wieder ab nach Hause. Ohne diesen Service h\u00e4tte ich ein echtes Problem nach G\u00f6ttingen zu kommen. Hier herrscht schon reges treiben,. Ich begebe mich in den \u201cTanzsaal\u201d und melde mich zur Stelle, trage mich in die Starterliste ein. Nun geht es los. Ich m\u00f6chte dieses Jahr mit Tanya und Christoph laufen. Es dauert ein Weile bis sich das L\u00e4uferfeld auseinander zieht und man fl\u00fcssiger laufen kann. Ich bin mit Tanya ein kleines St\u00fcck vor Christoph, im dunkeln und bei dem \u201cGedr\u00e4nge\u201d ist es zun\u00e4chst schwer zusammen zu bleiben. Nach 8 km mu\u00df ich mich mal ins Unterholz schlagen, Tanya l\u00e4uft langsam weiter. Aus meinen geplanten kurzen Unterfangen wurden dann aber zwei etwas l\u00e4ngere Sitzungen. Tanya lief mir somit davon und auch Christoph war aus meinen Blickwinkel verschwunden. So lief ich die n\u00e4chsten Kilometer alleine weiter, unterbrochen von st\u00e4ndigen P-Pausen die mich noch weiter zur\u00fcckwarfen. Trotz dieser Zwangspausen war ich aber immer noch in meinen pers\u00f6nlichen Zeitlimit vom letzten Jahr. Am VP2 in Rollshausen traf ich dann pl\u00f6tzlich Christoph wieder. Das freute mich sehr, l\u00e4uft es sich zu zweit doch sehr viel besser. In Barbis (VP4), bei km 42 zog sich Christoph schnell ein wenig um, dann hie\u00df es f\u00fcr uns in den Harz einzudringen. Bis zum n\u00e4chsten VP am Jagdkopf sind es ca. 10 km und vorher mu\u00df man den Entsafter I hoch. Dieses Jahr empfand ich ihn nicht so schlimm da ja kein Schnee lag. Aber auch der Entsafter II, vom Jagdkopf zur Lausebuche war gut zu laufen. Er hatte sein Auto am Torfhaus geparkt, war zur Lausebuche gelaufen und wollte uns nun zum Brocken begleiten, f\u00fcr Ihn also auch ein ca. 38 km langer Lauf (incl. Abstieg zum Torfhaus). Sie alle gaben uns nochmal einen extra Motivationsschub. Bevor wir uns aber zum wohlverdienten ausruhen ins warme verziehen konnten, wollten wir nat\u00fcrlich noch ein Foto am Brockenstein machen. Nun aber nix wie rein, aufw\u00e4rmen und ein wenig feiern .<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" style=\"border-style: none;\" alt=\"Smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/wlEmoticon-smile1.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die Strecke war dieses Jahr sehr gut zu laufen, kaum Schnee der bremste und so ist es auch nicht verwunderlich das reihenweise <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brocken-challenge.de\/home\/ergebnisse\/bc2014results.pdf\">Streckenrekorde<\/a> (offizielle und pers\u00f6nliche) fielen. Sieger bei den M\u00e4nnern ist Florian Reichert aus G\u00f6ttingen mit sagenhaften 6:44 h und bei den Frauen Gabriele Kenkenberg aus Kriftel in 8:35 h<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00dcbrigens: die zu Beginn verlorene Tanya erreichte das Ziel 13 Minuten vor uns.
