Dort bin ich NICHT gelaufen, dazu l\u00e4dt Rom auch nicht wirklich ein. Zum einen wegen der Hitze (da machte es nur fr\u00fch morgens einen Sinn) zum anderen wegen der schlechten Wege. Ich hatte keine Lust mich im Urlaub auf den holprigen Pflaster und Plattenwegen auf\u00b4s Mett zu machen, im Urlaub, Nein Danke. Also hielt ich lauftechnisch die Beine still. Wir haben aber so ziemlich jede Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeit besichtigt die es lohnt besichtigt zu werden und so sind in der Woche ca. 50 Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger Kilometer zusammen gekommen. Wobei ich meine das die 50 KM in der Woche anstrengender waren als dieselbe Distanz t\u00e4glich.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die erste \u00dcberraschung erreichte mich per Email bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel. Ich h\u00e4tte bei <a title=\"http:\/\/www.21run.com\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.21run.com\/\">http:\/\/www.21run.com\/<\/a> einen Freistart f\u00fcr den Berlin Marathon, inkl. Hotel\u00fcbernachtung f\u00fcr 2 Personen gewonnen. Yeeahh. Das f\u00e4ngt ja gut an <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" style=\"border-style: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/suedkreislaeufer.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/wlEmoticon-smile4.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Smiley\" \/> Zwar laufe ich bereits Anfang September den STUNT100, aber das lasse ich mir nat\u00fcrlich nicht nehmen. Es wird sicherlich nicht mein schnellster Marathon werden. Ich werde da mehr ein Sightseeing draus machen. Ich freu mir jetzt schon ein Loch in die M\u00fctze.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Um das ganze noch perfekt zu machen, erwartete mich bei meiner gestrigen Ankunft in der Heimat ein Paket von NB die mir freundlicher Weise den neuen <a href=\"http:\/\/newbalance.de\/produkt\/new-balance-880v4\/\" target=\"_blank\">NB 880v4<\/a> schickten. Da ich sowieso erst mal wieder in Gang kommen muss, also heute gleich mal rein in die guten St\u00fccke und damit 30 km die Diekholzen Sause gelaufen.
